We want to thank you all for wonderfull 2009, we had a great year behind us. We have our new Dinner and Chef menu coming soon and some interesting improvements lets have another great year here at Verdi.

Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas

We are going to be closed on following days for holidays. 12/24/2008 Christmas Eve, 12/25/2008 Christmas. We will reopen on Friday 12/26/2008.

For New Year we will be closed Wednesday 12/31/2008 and Thursday January 01/01/2009. We will reopen on Friday 01/02/2009. Sorry about any inconvinience, we all wish you great holidays and happy new year. Verdi Managment.

International Festival is this weekend, it will be held this Saturday in new Circus Square Park downtown bowling green. Make sure you visit Verdi Booth where we will offer delicious treats like Bratwurst and Sauerkraut and Chevapi.

We will be Closed for Labor Day. September 1st, we will reopen on Tuesday 2nd. Sorry about any inconvinience. Grease is coming to Capitol Arts! We will be serving Grease Burgers and Milk Shakes through that event. Special for that event we will be open on Sunday September 7th from 12pm - 4pm. Make sure to make reservation.

If you are attending the show Magicarama at Capitol, please make sure to make reservation, In observance of Independance Day, Verdi will be closed on 4th, 5th. We will reopen Monday July 7th. We want to thank all of our customers for their support. Thank you for choosing Verdi.

I am going to publish our mission statement and things we have done so far after Memorial Day. I encourage other restaurant owners to download it and to use it as the guide line for their own establishment and if you need to know more about what we are doing e-mail me. verdibg@insightbb.com. WKU graduation is on Saturday we are having a lot of reservation for that day for Lunch and Dinner. Please reserve your seat early to avoid the wait list. For partys of 8 or more we need to have your credit card number upfront. We will be open on May 11th for Mothers Day only for brunch and for reservations. Make sure you have the reservation for that day too.

Verdi is going Green!! We are working on the concept to make our Restaurant green in every aspect possible. During the month of May we will implement changes on our menus and in the whole restaurant operation. I will post our mission statement online as soon I have it completed. We have one mother Earth and on Mother day lets pay her a tribute too. Welcome to Bowling Verdi :)

It is just another Monday, final changes are being made to our new menus. We offer new Spring Salad tonight and wine list is in progres.

Dinner special for tonight will be Seafood Sampler: Zinfandel reduction with a splash of lemon juice and capers. you can choose between Jumbo Prawn, Lemon tilapia, Citrus salmon and Crab stuffed salmon. See you at Verdi come in and enjoy it.
